| What are the current safety concerns and plans? | Chris Day | - Stadium parking back to normal after Ramadan activities have commenced - Recent graffiti in a bathroom in the Fine Arts area - There are 2 new officers going through clearance with LRPD - ARC will be getting a new swing shift officer - CRC has a new interim Captain - SCC has a new FT Captain (pending paperwork) - New parking meters to be installed over the summer - New staff decals will arrive mid-August - new Emeriti stickers will be coming soon |

| What is the status of the facilities projects? | Margaret Lednicky | Athletics Streaming Infrastructure Received favorable bids and will work on contract award. PO requested. Start of construction anticipated May 2023. Drought Tolerant Landscape and Irrigation Improvements (SMSR) Most of the Landscape scope of work is complete. The water meter installation component will complete soon. Sand Volleyball (Cap Outlay) Waiting for PO. Anticipated completion Jan 2026. NEC Phase II & III Pre-Construction Zoom Meeting scheduled for this Wednesday, 04/26/2023. Meeting will be comprised of mostly construction related individuals and Facilities Management. Tech Ed Modernization The project is approximately 14% complete, the schedule currently anticipates completion in November 2024. Current Construction Activities: The grading contractor has mobilized and began leveling out and compacting the building site pad. Anticipated date for pad certification is this Friday 4-28-23. Veterans Resource Center Project is in the Design Development phase. There will be an project update meeting scheduled next week. Start of construction anticipated Feb 2024 with anticipated completion of Sept 2024. |

| What is the status of IT projects? | Jeff Bucher | - CDC is the last group to receive laptops for the migration project - Refreshes for the first group will probably occur soon - Office 2023 will start soon (look for email) - 2016/2019 will eventually not work without the update - There are currently some issues w/ Mac licensing, so more info will be coming - New phones over the summer - By building starting in June - Faculty not on campus during migration will find a note on their phone to contact IT - Look for an email with more information soon |

| What is the update on the college budget? | Koue Vang | - Please remind your staff that the books for the current fiscal year are closing - The BSO are rebuilding for the new fiscal year (to start July 1) |
