| Questions/Issues from faculty: --Academic Senate would like there to be more seats at tables during their meetings in the ARC Board Room. This would help facilitate notetaking. What are some options we could consider? Do we have extra tables we could use? Perhaps trying new room configurations and getting feedback? --Checking in on the situation where a faculty member had an access issue with her Adobe licenses mid-semester. --Interest in notes being taken/shared for meetings related to Davies Hall planning. --Parking lot safety. Faculty member has observed a lot of reckless/dangerous driving in the parking lots/garage. How can we reinforce a sense of parking lot decorum? --Suggestion from librarians: when new buildings are designed, consider tucking student study spaces into the building wherever possible | Sarah Lehmann | 15 min. | |
| Upcoming parking lot closures. Lot E will be closed soon to accomodate Davies Hall demolition construction. There have been many requests for more communication about this ASAP. How should we get the word out to the campus? | Sarah Lehmann | 10 min. | |
| Davies Hall "Celebration of Life" and commemoration. With Davies being torn down and rebuilt, should we host some type of goodbye ceremony for the old building? Academic Senate will discuss this topic at their Nov. 22 meeting to gather feedback. Sense that it would be best to have this type of ceremony during Spring 2027 semester. ALSO, can we salvage materials from the old Davies to turn them into small mementos for the employees who worked in Davies?
