| IEP Workgroup Update | Dr. Steve Roberson and Dr. Rick Ramirez | Steven Roberson shared that the IEP team held their first town hall with students on February 18th and at least 5 more town halls were planned. Student sessions are to be completed by March 4th.The team is still on track to meet the deadline of presenting a 1st draft in March and a 2nd draft for April/May to councils. |

| Accreditation Update | Dr. Brenda Valles | Brenda Valles shared that a presentation of the updates had been made to the Student Senate, and they would be presenting to the Academic Senate, followed by the Classified Senate. The final approval will come from ELT (Executive Leadership Team) and finally to the Board of Trustees in September, and the final submission in October 2026. |
