What is the status of the facilities projects? Margaret Lednicky
1)	Athletics Streaming Infrastructure - Bid package was sent to Purchasing for processing. Start of project to be around March 2023.

2)	Drought Tolerant Landscape and Irrigation Improvements - Construction between Jan and March. Rain/weather has delayed this project.

3)	Sand Volleyball - FM waiting for the PO. End of construction projected to June 2025.

4)	Natomas Phase II & III - The awarded bidder could not provide documents required to begin construction. Therefore, the project had to be re-bid. Project is delayed approximately 6 months. Approximate start of construction will be June 2023.

5)	Natomas New Offsite Parking Lot - Project complete other than a few punch list items.

6)	Tech Ed - The project is approximately 9% complete with an anticipated completion of August 2024. Current Construction Activity consists of installation of the Main SMUD transformer pad, required to get SMUD inspection to create a work order to set transformer and pull conductors. Contractor is scheduling to resume installation of new underground hydronics and Storm drain lines, weather permitting. Inclement weather in the beginning of January 2023 has slowed down construction progress. Projected Campus Move-in date is Nov 2024.

7)	Veterans Resource Center - Currently in the early stages of design, the Programming Phase. The last meeting was held Jan 20; next meeting Feb 3rd.
What is the status of IT projects? Jeff Bucher
1)	Mobile Workforce update

2)	Skype / MS Teams & Phones - The reason why we are moving to MS Teams is because Skype is folding into MS Teams. We cannot move to MS Teams because the phones we have don’t work with this application. We are at Phase I, working with District to determine number of phones and headsets to be ordered. Until phones are replaced, we are not moving to MS Teams yet. Timeline will be determined on when phones are received. Then deployment will have to be scheduled accordingly to each college, building, department, etc. District will also be developing user guides and instructions for Skype.
Active Shooter concern if put on lock down. Current phones will only connect to computers. Something to think about in certain areas.

3)	Hotspots have been turned off. Certain areas will need it. Request needs to be submitted thru email to Jeff Bucher to reactivate. Department will have to pay for hotspot.

What is the update on the college budget? Koue Vang

2)	Budget Timeline & Allocation Process
3)	PDF 2022-23
