UPDATES AND BRIEF REPORTS:
Topic Person(s) Responsible Notes
Update on student listening sessions Alej
-There was a small turnout to the QTBIPOC group, members are looking into a quick reschedule.
-There was great supportive evidence from participants of the main group.
-We had a lengthy discussion on how to distribute the information throughout the report:
  -Using quotes for impact.
  -Using stories to illustrate needs.
-Telling about positive things that ARC has or does (Instructors that are inclusive and have changed content to be more representative)
-Telling negative things that ARC has or does (too few gender neutral bathrooms, Instructors that refuse to use pronouns)
-We would like to use quotes and information from the surveys in the same meaningful ways.
