-Working on boosting their fundraising - especially for the classified of the year award - going to be continuing their candygrams
-Preparing for the chancellor to attend their meeting on Dec 9th

-Parking concerns - Davies hall demolition will require part of the west side of davies hall to be shut down to allow for trucks to be able to come in and out , we are unsure of the exact timing (sometime in Fall 26 - Parking lot in front of Howard Hall)
     -Recommendation: Share this information on the front page of the arc - both parking changes, and demolition of davies
-Discussion about need for thorough meeting minutes during the davies hall user group meetings
