| ELT - Updates | Angela Kay Daroy | • Discussion about improving the IGOR agenda and minutes system. Options include improving the current free platform or moving to a different system that would provide councils with more direct access to agendas and minutes. • Hotep Campus Equity Reflection Survey: Concerns were raised about limited faculty participation. The team may be invited to present their findings (23 recommendations) to this council at the April meeting. Recommendations will likely be shared with the Institutional Equity Plan project team for review and potential integration. • Dual Enrollment Charter: Presented to ELT; Academic Senate has invited a presentation and other groups may request one. One more reading will occur at Academic Senate, with possible presentation at A&P. • Hispanic-Serving Institution (HB) Project Team: A draft charter has been submitted to the Institutional Effectiveness Council to help guide the work as Year 5 of the initiative concludes. |
