| IEP Workgroup Update | Dr. Steven Roberson and Dr. Rick Ramirez | -Shared that the convocation town hall meetings went well, and notes captured were wrapped up. The team is also planning to hold town halls for student participation. -Shared that the IEP team was transitioning to closing out the faculty/staff surveys, then planning a student survey. -Once all data is collected, the team will be able to begin identifying common themes to inform the report. -The team is still on track to meet the deadline of presenting a 1st draft in March and a 2nd draft for April/May |

| Accreditation Update | Dr. Brenda Valles | -Shared that the campus is still in good standing for responding to key areas such as assessment of student learning, institutional set standards, and continuous improvement. -Will report to all the constituency senates following the process mirrored across our sister campuses. |

| Distance Education Plan/Charter Update | Dr. David Miramontes-Quinones | -Shared that DE faculty met and incorporated all feedback into the plan. The plan's timeline was extended to 2027. -The team will be taking the draft to the Academic Senate for 1st reading. |
