The goal is to secure ongoing statewide funding. - Student ASB supported staff lunch & homecoming; AI Resource Panel forming teams for recommendations. - Dual Enrollment: Project team may be formed to better define mission/objective without overloading faculty. - Tri-chair model may be adopted by other committees. |

| Reading Across the Discipline (RAD) -Overview: RAD Focuses on study strategies, comprehension, learning & communication skills -Enrollment trends -Challenges • Lack of awareness about RAD among students, staff & faculty • Overlap with other services and a lack of understanding about the differences • Determining the best scheduling to meet student needs - Successes • Course success is significantly higher for RAD students (≈1 letter grade higher) • RAD students have higher student retention. | Leah Arambel, English Faculty & RAD Faculty Coordinator |

| Writing Across the Discipline (WAC) -Overview: WAC supports writing in all disciplines; offers drop-in, online, and appointment-based help. RAD and WAC work together to assist students at all levels. Also provides faculty guidance on designing writing-friendly assignments. -Enrollment trends: Decline in use (23.6%, down since course requirement for C1000/94 removed). -Challenges • Awareness of the program with faculty & staff • Lack of visibility (no permanent signage) • Lost dedicated workshop/quiet space. - Successes • Statistics indicate a 93.2% satisfaction rate from students who utilize WAC | Janay Lovering, English Faculty & WAC Faculty Coordinator |

| Homebases: -Overview of the HomeBase model • Eight major-based “homebases” offering one-stop student support (coaches, counselors, mentors, study space). • Scholarships: Beaver of Scholarship ($2,500) & Best Dam Beaver ($5,000) need stronger promotion. • ESL Orientation: Tailored sessions now in multiple languages resulting in improved ed plan completion. -Student engagement, events, and collaborations Communication about HomeBases continues through major specific outreach events, program webpage and for ESL students via invitation to participate once ESL assessments are completed as well as through canvas shells and targeted emails. -Efforts to connect students to pathways -Undecided Student Support:: Orientations weekly & virtual, with career center putting together spring 26 career/major workshops after input from students -General updates on current initiatives | Kaira Bradley, Student Support Specialist & Mauricio Camarena, Student Support Specialist |
