-Safe Los Rios is planned to roll out in the fall
-Zoom upgrades for community rooms should be complete soon
-Davies Hall closure fencing update; looking into options for how to make this as smooth of a transition as possible
-Space Utilization Study contractors met with different constituents
-A student came to operations council to pitch the idea of expanding the photo mural in the welcome center

-2024 Annual Report
-Integrated Planning Guide needs to be updated, IEC is taking on this challenge in the fall. 
-The Institutional Equity Plan is set to end in 2025. IEC and Student Success Council plan to review this in the fall.
-Equity consultant is being brought on due to Board Goal 2 to do an equity assessment at each of the colleges and within the district. 
Academic Senate Brian Knirk
-Continued discussing G pattern 
-Had elections and Veronica will continue as VP
-Jeff Sacha Appointed as Secretary
-Brian approved as charter of district ed committee
-1st reading to update professional dev committee charter
Classified Senate Liz Geisser
-People enjoyed classified appreciation
-Space util survey is scheduled for next week
-Several people have come to Liz about the poster for the theatre production
-Planning to send out information about classified senate elections
ASB Senate Alicia Szutowicz-Fitzpatrick
-Students have created a resolution to support cost of living increases for classified staff
-ASB has worked all year to develop the senate resolution “Nothing About Us Without Us”
-Psi Beta poster won at psychological association
-CAEB; Carnival event went well
150 people came out and voted; many people didn’t end up voting but did participate
-Feel good about turnout for ASB elections
-38 active student clubs on campus

Council Meeting Time Changes for Fall 2024 Frank Kobayashi -Two viable options on the 1st and 3rd tues from 12-2 or Wed 1-3 were shared with the group.
-Ops council predicted to change to just an hour on tuesdays to allow for cabinet time to adjust


Admin Building Remediation Lisa Cardoza -60 day closure of Administration Building
-Lower library will be ready for occupancy this summer, going to use this space as swing space for counseling.
-We will be asking for space for floating office spaces.
-Going to take turns as leadership to ensure there is leadership representation on campus at all times
Graduation Kaitlyn Collignon -Friday is more full than Thursday but still relatively balanced (300+ Thursday, 400+ Friday).
-Parking garage will be closed and a communication will go out to let the campus know.
-Plan to have room in stadium lot for parking.
-Kaitlyn Collignon is the main point of contact for all things graduation.
-Faculty need to check in at 6:30.
-Student check in starts at 6.
-There will be signs so people can stand with their homebase.
-There will be water!
-Check-in to take place on 1st floor of parking structure
-We have people who signed up to volunteer but could still use a few more.
