LAO offers a non-partisan perspective on the budget. -Joint Analysis of the Governnors Budget (see attached). Prepared by the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office with review and support from the Association of California Community College Administrators, Association of Chief Business Officiials, and the Community College League of California.
