What are the current safety concerns and plans? Chris Day
-Roadway blocked near Tech Ed due to construction (see map)
-Fire drills during week of 3/6 through 3/10, weather permitting
-Active shooter training with FM (3/3) and STEM (3/9)
-Captain interviews were held last week, 2nd interviews will conclude next week.
-The Chief  is retiring, meetings to fill this postion will continue
-Cleary due in October. The department is working to complete the report.
-The students will begin paying for parking in the Fall. Permits can be purchased in BSO.
-New staff parking permits will be here before June and a memo will go out.
-EOC training will be held during spring break.
-Creek clean-up this Friday (3/3)

What is the status of the facilities projects? Margaret Lednicky
-Athletics bid walk 3/15
-November 2025 - Sand Volleyball
-Drought landscaping will continue throughot the campus. (Turf replacement/and drought tolerant planters)
-Natomas Phase II and III bid walk 3/1/April groundbreaking
-OPS will check on parking fees in secondary parking lot.
-Tech Ed Phase I, building demo is complete
-Veteran's Resource Center - design phase
-Library remediation: flooring came out of the entire affected area, next phase begins 3/15 and the entire library will be closed for 3 weeks.
-Issues in Science are being dealt with/ FM is replacing the hoods
-FM Roofer has been working on repairing any and all leaks
What is the status of IT projects? Jeff Bucher
-Phone migration from Skype to Teams - this will be a cyclical conversion beginning with finding out how many are needed and whether they will be paid for by DO or the individual campuses
-Switching computer system to Office 2021 to coincide with Teams
-Camera Project has been funded 
-Upgrading the Community Rooms and the Boardroom over the summer
-Adding Zoom capabilities to Boardroom and CR1/CR2

What is the update on the All Gender Restroom Information Group? Margaret Lednicky -The group is meeting every two weeks
-Working with custodial to provide trash receptacles in every stall, even in the Men's rooms
-Identify areas where feminine products should be available, including faculty restrooms
-Making sure that the map shows where all available all-gender restrooms are
-There is a desire to provide more so that users can get to them on breaks
-Perhaps every building will eventually have all-gendered restrooms
-The committee will be developing a master plan to prioritize the needs and find the funds
What are strategies and performance metrics for ARC Strategic Plan? BJ Snowden & Jen Laflam -In the Fall we decided to reaffirm our Strategic Goals via the governance process
-Early Spring we held community forums to hear what everyone thought about each goal
-We have developed strategies to help us achieve each goal, these will be shared next month along with the metrics
-We plan to return to these annually to see where we are with our goals
-DO has also been working on their Strategic Plan, ours is meant to support theirs
-The research offices from each campus have been working together to draft the metrics/using common methodologies focusing on: enrollment, demographics, course success rates, closing equity gaps, degrees, certificates, and career education

OTHER INFORMATION: -The OPS team has been working on cleaning up the Maintenance Connections ticket system -Working on getting more info on Sustainability issues -DO is still in the process of determining a new food service vendor
