| Strategic Goals | BJ Snowden | The Office of Equity, Institutional Effectiveness, and Innovation is looking to Reaffirm all goals of the 2017-2021 Strategic Goals. - Because of Covid-19 and a shift of priorities there were uncompleted projects and unmet goals. - We will close the loop for ARC and then align with LRCCD who will also be working on their Strategic Goals. -We need to assess with research and analysis to show where we've been and where we're we going to complete these Goals in a more timely manner. -This will be for 2021-2025 timeline, reassessing in 2026-27. - Will be asking for the extension at the next ELT. |
