What is the status of reporting on the results of the 2019-2020 Institutional Campus Climate Survey and the DI project teams survey? Adam Karp
-The first report has been published and can be visited on the Research page.
-The second report is not yet published because of the need to focus on:
-Institutional Equity Plan
-DI Teams
-Professional Development Plan
-Strategic Plan

Having the first done with out integrating the needs listed for the second at least gives us a baseline to look at ways we've improved.

What are implications for modifying the timeline for Annual Unit Planning? Adam Karp -There was agreement with changing the timeline to Fall.
-There is a better chance to provide guidance/skills/training during the time leading up to finishing the plan.
How has feedback informed the development of ARC's Equitable Decision Making Tool? How might this instrument/framework be used for promoting equitable decision-making? Nick Daily -There is now a 2.0 version (which is simpler, but cuts some corners to get there).

In what ways can the College support our work with understanding and making meaning out of institutional equity data and also with developing equitable practitionership for employees of the College? Adam Karp and Nick Daily -Use Equity language.

How can the College support the work of inclusion regarding religion/world view? Nick Daily -A small group will be made to assist in some institutional best practices for inclusion.
