Data on Demand Adam Karp, Tyler Rollins
The OIR discussed how to access the data on demand system, who has access to it, what reports are available. They discussed the source of the data (CCC apply, district data, local data). They discussed data integrity. Course success rates, including DI and percentage point gap. The system can be accessed through a link on the insider page. Currently, the new website does not have a page for research, but it will get developed in the near future. Training is needed for departments to use data.

Campus Climate Lisa Lawrenson This item was added to the agenda at the start of the meeting. The recent posting of a sign int he HUB and the subsequent Brave Space Dialogue was discussed. Lisa Lawrenson emphasized the importance of the collective responsibility of the campus for its climate. She also shared that the college was hosting facilitated conversations for students, for employees of the HUB, and others to promote healing. Jeff Stephenson shared that counseling was also made available to students, staff, and faculty.
