-Description
-Goals & Objectives
-Landmarks
-Open Space
-Circulation

Zone Guidelines
-Reduced from 15 "Districts" to specific 4 Zones based on the Wayfinders group decision
-Wayfinders are currently working campus signage - building, monument signs and large campus maps in strategic locations
-The concerns expressed were the color yellow of one of the zones, and using the term "Red Zone" as it may mean something negative to our veterans

Add to the Project List:
-Add Police Services
-Relocation of Paramedics
-Funeral Services, ECE & Nutrition to be listed in Projects in Detail

-Will look for opportunities to combine projects, but will be listed separately
-Working on moving the projects as fast as we can

Projects In Detail
1. Tech Ed
-Originally a Modernization, however, the FPP has this project as completely new construction
-It will be a two story, two leg building that will house all of the facilities, one side being one story, the other being two
-This new construction will free up North area for parking
-Will know in January, 2019 if we receive funding to move forward

2. Corp Yard
-New Construction at the south end of campus, will include Operations, Receiving & Printing

3. Stadium
-Addressing ADA issues & Modernization of existing facilities

4. Davies Hall
-New construction of a three story building in a similar location
-The plan is to build the new building while the existing building remains. Once the new building is finished, we will tear down old building
-Potential for combining the demolition of Portable Village and construction of the Promenade at the same time of Davies

5. Science
-New construction of a two story building that will mirror STEM
-The hope is to create a defined connection between the future Transit Center and Promenade. In addition, a visual connection of Ranch House to Promenade as well as give Ranch House more space around it
-Miner's Oak will remain

6. Administration
-Previously discussed building a new two story Administration building connected to the South end of the Welcome and Support Center, however, this rose concerns regarding constructability and the overall flow of the building
-A new option would be to square off the corners of the Welcome and Support Center which will add the necessary square footage needed to create a One Stop Center. In addition, a complete modernization of the inside of the building will be done to make it more efficient and effective for our students
-A new option is to construct a new building(s) where Science currently is that will house Administration and Police Services. There are many benefits to having these departments in this location, such as creating a professional and visual Police Services on that end of campus, and there is the potential that this could be the new headquarters for the Los Rios Police Department
-Having the Student Center, Student Services, Library and Admin/Police Services in the same general location will create a triangle of student services. We could also relocate Rose Marks to the quad in the middle of these buildings to create a better gathering space for our campus and students
-More Parking to be constructed where Admin/Counseling is removed

Raef Hall
-Modernization of existing facility

Environmental Resources
-Modernization of existing facilities

North Parking
-Myrtle, Myrtle East and Myrtle West
-End of Plaza, create a designated drop off area, while maintaining flow of traffic and giving better access and circulation
-Plan is to make tie in the Parking lots together

Transit Center & West Parking
-Transit Area and dedicated drop off lane
-Addition of 125 spaces in Orange Grove Parking Lot
-This new idea allows for 100 more spaces of parking than what was in the 2012 Campus Master Plan

Physical Education
-Modernization of existing facility

Campus Promenade
-Organized and clear pathway through campus, which will also connect North and South Parking Lots
-Primary fire lane for campus
-Landscape to align the promenade with gathering tables and street signs

Student Quad/Rose Marks
-Create a greater gathering space

Instructional Space
-This will be reevaluated over time and decide where it needs to land in the future
-Originally 24,000 in square footage, but half was picked up with STEM space
-An option for this space is to increase Raef Hall into a greater lecture hall
-Another option is to create spaces around the new Tech Ed building
-It will be important to look at the needs of the Educational Master Plan and have flexible options in mind to accomodate
-Another option is to use this for the new Gallery and fine arts classes

PE Plaza
-Road in front of PE to be designed into a gathering space for campus functions
Campus Master Plan Approval - is there consensus to submit the final draft of the Campus Master Plan for governance review to Operations Council in December and January, Executive Leadership in February and March? GE -The draft Campus Master Plan will be provided to Operations Council (next Tuesday). We will need the updated Campus Master Graphic from Gould Evans for the first reading. The second reading is in January, 2019
-Executive Leadership Team meets in February, 2019 and March, 2019 in which we will present the plan for two readings, then to District
-We will post the Draft Campus Master on Basecamp to seek the Project Team's feedback
-The team believes it was a positive compromise that we were able to reach in this plan and as a team

-Executive Summary
-Design Guidelines
-Projects in Details
-3D Massing Models
