| Sub-team updates | sub-team leads | Proposal for new academic senate committee: • 2nd reading at next Academic Senate meeting (December 13). Software: • Ben is working on “Atlas”. We will build an in-house program for sharing maps with students. Creating and reviewing new roadmaps: • We are making good progress. Most programs on our list are in progress or done. Achieve: • Counselors are sharing approved maps with students. Lisa is meeting with CECA students next week to share maps with them. Closures due to smoke set the schedule back. |

| Updates on map mentors | Bill Simpson, Kate Jaques | Thirteen people have expressed interest in being a map mentor. Bill will offer information sessions to let them know what map mentors do and answer their questions. Training sessions will be held in January. |
