| Sub-team updates | sub-team leads | Proposal for new academic senate committee • Draft given to senate for feedback. We've received a few comments so far. Software • Our application to join the Bakersfield College pilot project was turned down. We were asked to reapply in the spring. • Kate and Marsha will contact colleges to see what they are using. Creating and reviewing new roadmaps • Lisa shared some of the completed program roadmaps, as color PDFs, with Counseling. • Feedback: change ASSIST to ASSIST.ORG on maps and use consistent language in notes. Website • Bill spoke with Scott Crow about getting areas of interest on the website. Scott wants to wait until the new site is up and running to implement the areas of interest. 1st Semester schedules • Bill passed on the team’s concerns to the SSC about using program roadmaps to decide on courses for the pre-loaded first semester schedules. |

| Faculty have asked for clear deadlines for creating program roadmaps. What deadlines do we need to create? What happens if a department misses a deadline? | Bill Simpson |

The team discussed this and decided to create roadmaps for those departments that don’t want to create maps for their programs. We are still working on deadlines, but agree we need them. |
