NAME OF COUNCIL/TEAM: ARC Online 2.0 (2018-2019)
OBJECTIVE OF MEETING: Review the work of the sub-teams, provide an overview of how ARC ONLINE 2.0 fits into the overall college redesign efforts, discuss next steps for the sub-teams, discuss our timeline and deliverables.

Chairs split the teams and visited each team.
-Marsha met with team 1 and 4
-Daniel met with team 2 and 3
Sub-team 3 Report by JaNay:
- folders created to put ideas about programs.
-chart created on best practices of other colleges.
-take critical approach. -review of the “perfect" programs document
-some ideas adopted from WGU. 
-document demonstrated team's efforts and shared ideas. -examples:  “build-your-own” program, 
for students working with online counselors; have online career center, work experience and 
internship opportunities online.
Sub-team 1 report by Marsha: 
-members discussed model format based on Natomas Center.  
-General Education (GE) at Natomas center. 
-Possibility of Cohort format for ARC Online model. 
-Historical rollover of the schedule.                                   
Sub-team 2 report  by Ben, Pamela and Scott
-consider existing programs/degrees to offer fully online.
-look for potential 5 online programs of interest (i.e: Business Administration, Transfer Degree)
-expressed concern of some members about having transfer online degree.
-create maps for student use including maps for part time students.
-ARC Online web site is user friendly.
-Improved tools are used and work on new tools is in progress.
-possibility of building our own program.
Sub-team 4 by Marsha
-idea of Cranium Café for online counseling.
 -increased online counseling support/training needed. 
-innovative training for counselors. Team 4 will do a survey of services to establish a 
baseline of existing services.
ARC ONLINE 2.0 project's role in overall college redesign efforts Marsha Reske
ARC ONLINE 2.0 intersects with other projects/efforts including Clarify Paths, AdAstra, ARC web redesign, the future SEL and CVC/OEI. We can't work in isolation but need to have ongoing conversations all around.

What are the next steps for the co-teams? Marsha Reske and Daniel Gilbert-Valencia -each team has been given a potential process for their deliverable in their Basecamp folder. Start building on that process. What do you need to add?
-continue research as needed , ask questions of those who have expertise.
What are the deadlines and expected deliverables of the co-teams. Marsha Reske and Daniel Gilbert-Valencia -Finalize project in February.
