- Considered adding council co-chairs to the members of ELT

What Are We Working On?
Supporting Governance
IGOR, ARC's new institutional governance online repository, was launched. IGOR will provide the college community with timely access to meeting agendas, notes, rosters, templates and other governance documents. Introduce yourself to IGOR at https://apps.arc.losrios.edu/igor.
Council leaders, project leaders, and note takers participated in training sessions this month in preparation for the upcoming 2018-19 governance cycle.

What's Next?
- An orientation for all participants of council and project will be held on Friday, September 7th.
- Final drafts of the project charters will be considered for adoption by ELT on Monday, September 10th.
