The ARC Honors Committee provides support for the Honors Coordinator by creating a platform to brainstorm new ideas about how the ARC Honors Program can 1) Align with state and institutional PD Guidelines, ISLO’s, and ARC Strategic Goals; 2) Align with best practices and commitments set by national (NCHC), regional (WRHC), state (TAP/HTCC), and local (BHC) Honors Professional Associations. In particular, the Honors Committee is committed to promoting equity and social justice through equity-minded education, transformative leadership, and community engagement throughout the Honors Program. By creating lines of communication the ARC Honors Committee fosters community amongst Honors stakeholders across a wide range of institutional programs and academic disciplines.
